When Matthew Silsbury of Shepherds Walk, Hythe decided to do something for charity he really picked a challenge. On 16th June, Matt and five friends will scale all 5560ft of Mount Snowdon in Wales – on push bikes!

An exciting new project has begun at Pilgrims Hospice, Canterbury this week. A stone Labyrinth will be built in a specially designed Therapeutic Garden with the aid of a grant from the Department of Health.
