Pilgrims Hospices is a charity and relies on the generosity of its local communities to continue providing free care and support to patients and their families coping with life-limiting illnesses.

This year Pilgrims Hospices need to raise over £8 million to continue to provide valued care and support to the people of east Kent.

We need your help to raise funds and awareness of the charity. You can make a difference.
