We work with a variety of healthcare professionals outside of our hospice and community Clinical Nurse Specialists.
By working closely with GPs, district nurses and local hospices we can provide individual care to patients, based on their medical history and current treatment schedule.
We can be an active part of a patients total care, whether they visit us as a day patient or inpatient, or receive care at home.
